Lets be honest- We all STILL get super giddy when we open up our mailbox and see a pretty little card sitting inside that doesn’t look anything like a bill (Can I get an amen?!) Hand written notes are such a lost art with all the technology swirling around our heads on a daily basis. But when we really get down to the core of it- Hand written notes simply add that personal touch that emails, Skype and text messaging can’t!
This year, one of my New Years resolutions was to be more intentional with people and really invest more time in keeping up with old friends and family. In college, my roommate of 4 years was a pro at this! I was always so jealous of her ability to keep up with tons of people simply by writing them notes here and there, just letting them know she was thinking about them! What other perfect way to send some love and encouragement then writing a little handwritten note to someone! Who knows- You might just make their day a little brighter!
